If you have a passion for creating change, but don’t have a platform just yet, The Connecticut Project New Leaders Collective is looking for you.
We are dedicated to bringing together people from diverse backgrounds and all geographies across our state. Make connections and learn alongside others who also hold the belief that we are stronger together. Our leaders have focused on improving affordability, increasing access to services, mobilizing communities, and volunteering.

Over the course of 12 weeks, participants meet every Tuesday, both in-person and virtually, for sessions that feature guest speakers. Participants receive ongoing mentorship and graduates go on to join a supportive network of alumni for continuing leadership training. This program is developed in partnership with No Dreams Deferred.
The Fall 2025 cohort will kick off with a weekend gathering in New Haven on September 5 and 6, 2025 and will run through November 2025.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. If you wish to be considered for the September cohort, please submit your application by June 15, 2025.
