The Connecticut Project New Leaders Collective
The Connecticut Project New Leaders Collective empowers emerging leaders to address local challenges, influence policy, and lead with purpose to create meaningful change.

With a focus on advocacy and community organizing, The Connecticut Project New Leaders Collective works to empower cohorts of people who reflect their communities' values and experiences  while building a statewide network for lasting impact in Connecticut.

Are you a
New Leader?

If you have a passion for creating change,  but don’t have a platform just yet, The Connecticut Project New Leaders Collective is looking for you.

We are dedicated to bringing together people from diverse backgrounds and all geographies across our state. Make connections and learn alongside others who also hold the belief that we are stronger together. Our leaders have focused on improving affordability, increasing access to services, mobilizing communities, and volunteering.
