Why do you do “the work?”
Communities often have lived experiences that put them in the best position to help create real world, feasible solutions for their neighbors and families. However, these same communities’ experiences are often overlooked and marginalized. In my work, I strive to be a part of amplifying and championing these solutions so that all Connecticut families have financial choice, security, and a system that works for them.
What are some specific places or things you love in Connecticut?
As a Connecticut transplant from Colorado (by way of New York City), I love and deeply appreciate Connecticut’s amazingly diverse landscape and geography. From the beaches to the parks, I love hiking, biking, and exploring the outdoors with my family.
